The Tarrazu region of Costa Rica’s central highlands produces some of the finest coffee in the world. All our coffee is from this region and is all single sourced and locally roasted in South Florida within days of consumption. The honey process, considered one of the most demanding, is used to prepare the bean, allowing the coffee fruit to imbue the coffee some of its sweetness.
