Exclusive New Roast Coffee
Our coffee is from el canton de Los Santos region of Costa Rica’s central highlands, across the ridge line from Tarrazu and Dota. It produces some of the finest coffee in the world. All our coffee is from this region and is all single sourced and locally roasted in South Florida within days of consumption. Two processes are used. The honey process, considered one of the most demanding, is used to prepare the most flavorful beans, allowing the coffee fruit to imbue the coffee some of its sweetness. The wash process is used for most of the dark roast profile we offer, with a portion of honey processed beans added for flavor, giving a consistency of quality with floral notes and syrupy mouthfeel.
